Getting the room ready took ages, even though check-in was after 3 PM and I expected to go straight in. The room itself wasn't clean or comfortable. Water pressure was very weak, there was no hot water, and there wasn't a kitchen where I could heat water. The AC didn't cool enough, and the TV had a snowy picture with no channels.
10/10
Just be aware that couples are asked to bring a copy of their marriage certificate, and there are quite a few mosquitoes. The rooms were clean, with parking, Wi-Fi, AC, and hot shower water. It's close to Makassar State University, and all in all I had a good stay.
6/10
The facilities are good. The receptionist tends to assume the worst, though.
6/10
Affordable prices, and the place is comfortable. It's near both the office center and campus.
