Arbor Biz Hotel

A convenience store right next door was handy. The hotel is on a main road, so it was a bit noisy, and it took about 30 minutes to get to the airport. I was here for an event and didn’t get to see the room. The food was decent, though nothing special.

Fine for a transit stop, and the WiFi was OK. The hotel is noisy beside the main road, around 30 minutes from the airport, with a convenience store next door. There’s no water kettle, the bathroom sink and shower head were clogged, and the TV reception wasn’t clear, so don’t bother if you want to watch TV.

The floors and walls looked dirty, the rooms seemed poorly maintained, and there weren’t enough electrical sockets. I can put up with twin beds, but the cigarette smell was too much. I had booked a NON SMOKING ROOM AND ONE LARGE BED, but was given a SMOKING ROOM AND TWIN BED instead. I asked to switch rooms, but they couldn’t provide another one. They tried ‘treatments’ to remove the smell, which worked for only about 30 minutes before it came back. It wasn’t worth the price, and I won’t stay here again. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

The bed, towel, television, and other basics were fine, and most of the staff were friendly. One employee at the breakfast checking station was a bit rude. It’s a standard budget hotel, but the amenities weren’t very good or complete: they provided just 1 (ONE) dental kit and shampoo-soap in a dispenser.
