I have a unit here but rarely use it. When I wanted to use it again, I found the access card was lost. I paid for a replacement after being told it would be ready Friday 12 September 2025, and could be collected from the lobby 24 hours a day. I only had time to pick it up today, but the receptionist was on holiday and only security was there. They said it hadn't been printed. When I showed the chat proving it had been ready a week earlier, security started searching for it, even rummaging through the desk drawers. It was hot outside and I had a baby with me. One security guard took a long time to look for the card, while I also had to watch another guard scold a resident who'd brought a friend, right in front of us. Please train the security staff. Even if the person being scolded is a tenant, they pay too, and shouldn't be reprimanded in front of others. I ended up leaving, tired of watching someone get scolded and waiting so long for the card. The receptionist and security also didn't seem to have clear communication about where the new card had been put.
