The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice, and check-in was easy with lovely staff. It’s close to the airport and good value. My room on the 10th floor had a loud revving noise from the roof from 8 p.m., like a generator. I told reception and they moved me quickly to the 8th floor. That room faced the road, but it stayed quiet all night. A Grab cost 100 from the airport and only 40 on the way back.

I liked the unusual room layout and the nice view, and breakfast was good. The service was great, too, and there’s a special menu for IDR25000 with a very generous portion. The room looked fairly clean, but the pillowcase smelled a bit, so please check the sheets for both cleanliness and odor. Also, traffic from the main road was too loud, especially at night.

The restaurant is decent and dependable, and the staff really try to help. The airport shuttle worked well in both directions. It’s a reliable, nice place with a good standard for a 3-star hotel.

The restaurant on the third floor is spacious and has lots of delicious choices. I especially liked the orange juice. There’s also a coffee bar and restaurant in the roomy lobby, plus plenty of parking. Some Deluxe rooms have good air circulation because they’re semi-outdoor. The hotel is less than 15 minutes from the airport. Nearby food options are hard to find, but the restaurant offers affordable room service, which was very nice. Service can get slow, and even disappointing, during peak season.

I stayed for a week and thought it was good overall. Breakfast was quite good, and I used the laundry once. The walls are thin, though, so sometimes we could hear people talking in other rooms.
