The room was the worst part of a stay that I found shockingly dirty. It smelled strongly of mustiness and neglect, and the filthy carpet had stains I didn't want to inspect. The bedding looked like it hadn't been changed in ages, with wrinkled, marked sheets and a comforter that seemed decades old. In the bathroom, the stained tub looked like it hadn't been scrubbed for weeks or possibly months; the toilet had marks that made me question using it, and grime covered the sink too. The hallways were dim, the carpets stained, and there was a heavy mildew smell. The lobby was a mess, with litter on the floor and smudged windows. At check-in, the front desk clerk seemed more interested in their phone than helping. Wi-Fi barely worked, so I couldn't contact my family or look for another hotel to escape to. When I raised my concerns with management, they seemed uninterested in guest satisfaction. Their casual attitude toward the conditions was infuriating and made it seem like profit came before people. This stay was a nightmare. It's upsetting that a place with such awful conditions is still open. I'd urge anyone considering it to look elsewhere. Your health and sanity are worth more than the lowest price, so save yourself the misery and avoid this place.

I spent two nights in a Deluxe room. There was no bottled water, and after I asked twice for refill amenities and tissue, nobody came. I also requested a double bed. Reception told me it would be ready in 30 minutes, but after nearly an hour it still wasn't, so I took a twin bed instead.

This could work if you're on a limited budget. Rates are relatively low compared with similar 3 star hotels, it's in a strategic spot near public facilities with easy access around the area, and food and drinks are relatively cheap. Check-in was smooth, and there's cable TV with lots of channels. The room and amenities were dirty, with thick dust and co***m under the beds. The bedsheet and towel were dirty too. Walls are thin, parking is limited, and the hospitality and service were standard. The AC was neutral.

Cheap, and maybe alright for just one night, with a good, firm mattress. But it was hard to feel comfortable or relax in such a dirty place: bedsheets had blood and brown marks, and the floor, bathroom, windows, and mirrors were all dirty.
