I wish I'd listened to the negative reviews. I stayed in both the loft and deluxe double, and both had broken, filthy curtains, plus damaged, dirty sheets and furniture. The deluxe double was especially bad: dozens of cockroaches, a broken couch with foam coming out, hair on the floor when we checked in, no shower soap, and a bathroom that smelled like poo. The sink was so clogged we washed our hands in the shower. The bed was two small beds pushed together, with dirty, ripped sheets that didn't fit, and cockroaches often crawled out of the bed. The AC barely worked. From 1 AM to 4 AM, lots of teenagers were in the hallways and rooms on the third floor, playing music, screaming, and being annoying. It seemed to me the hotel was mostly used by poor teenagers wanting a weekend without their parents. Maybe it's cheap because they don't care about customers, only money. Without a reservation, they ask around 500k for the loft suite, while it costs only 220k on traveloka. So stupid. I'd recommend anton book at Travellers Inn down the street. I stayed there too, and the rooms are 100x better than this garbage dump. It was like sleeping on a Pelni ship, with cockroaches, loud and annoying neighbors, and run-down facilities. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

The friendly staff, good location, and low price are why I'm giving two stars. We had a really bad stay, though. The room was filthy and smelled awful, with cockroaches everywhere. The bed linen, sink, and toilet all looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while.

The building seemed worn out and smelled bad. My room was dirty and too small, with a grimy window, no water bottle, and a tiny bathroom. The breakfast was horrible. There was no buffet, just plates of food and water, even though they claimed three stars. Dirty sheets and an unhealthy standard, too. I want to complain to the Hotel Association about this failure. Please don't book here.

They upgraded me from a Superior to a Suite, with a unique layout: a spacious living room downstairs and a very comfortable bedroom upstairs. It clearly wouldn't suit someone bringing a toddler. The staff were kind, helpful, and quick to respond. There was a small lighting problem, but they fixed it in under 10 minutes. Keep up the good work guys! 😀🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The front office was just okay and could do better. The price was standard, so check several apps to find their best rate. Parking was fine, with some cars and bikes there. I stayed in a standard room for two days, and this hotel is overrated. Some lamps were out, the bed and pillow sheets had stains, and the AC was dripping. The room smelled damp and had no air circulation. The staff responded quickly when I reported problems.
