The place was clean, comfortable, and cool. The food was okay, and the pool is about 20m long. For anyone who likes gym workouts, though, there isn't proper gym equipment, mostly cardio machines.

Everyone was helpful and the service was superb. Breakfast was delicious. We had a great stay, though some of the electrical outlets didn't work.

Prices are good, the staff are nice, and the central location was convenient. They also kindly helped us find a driver. The room was dirty, though. The bed linen and towels were very old and worn, and we found hairs and stains in the bed. The floor was dirty too and hadn't been vacuumed properly.

The team really deserves two thumbs up for being friendly and responding quickly. I've stayed twice for corporate training events, and the location is great, with fast food and minimarts nearby and the beach a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for two adults and two kids, but the cleanliness needs work, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast is standard for a 3 star hotel, but quite tasty, particularly the fried rice and chicken porridge. It's a comfortable place at a reasonable price. I'd have rated it 5 if the bathroom had been cleaner.

The room and service were very bad. I arrived with heavy luggage and no security staff helped me with it. The front desk receptionist was the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff member I've encountered in Makassar. There was barely any water in my room, and when I called the staff, they did nothing. So disappointing.
