The rooms were clean, the Wi-Fi was good, and the big TV had lots of channels. The AC and hot shower both worked fine, and the rate was cheap. You might even get a lower price by booking in person than through a travel app. It's handy for a transit stop near the port, though the hotel is a little tucked away from the main street. Just an OK hotel, really.

The manager was welcoming and very helpful. On my first stay here I got a room without windows, and it turns out all the standard superior rooms are like that. Next time I should try a deluxe room.

We landed from Bau² at 1 in the morning and had a flight from Makassar to Jakarta, so we wanted somewhere handy for transit. We picked this hotel because it's close to Makassar port.

For a budget stay, it's pretty decent, and the location is useful for getting to several food spots and the Cahaya & Ektong souvenir center. The room is quite basic, with no clothes hangers and no bathroom door lock or even a deadbolt. Hot water was unreliable. There was no cigarette smell, which was good, though the room had no air ventilation. Parking is in the alley and fits about 3 cars.
