For such a low price, this is very good value. The room was spacious and clean, with good air conditioning, drinking water, and a kettle with instant coffee and tea that was replenished daily. Housekeeping came every day, the staff were helpful and friendly, and there's a parking garage. It doesn't feel like a luxury hotel, though: there's no refrigerator and the furniture is worn. Breakfast is worth the price, with a good range of Asian and Indonesian choices, but only instant coffee. I also appreciated not smelling lingering cigarette smoke in the lobby or corridors, as I've found in many other Indonesian hotels. You can walk to a shopping mall, restaurants, and convenience stores.

We found the room comfortable and the staff friendly. They could also arrange an airport transfer, including for early morning flights, which helped us a lot.

Nice place and good service. The rest matches the price, you get what you pay for.

The room was spacious, the AC worked well, and the water heater was good. The amenities were fine, nothing special. I booked because this is part of a well-known chain that has given me decent stays before, but this visit had several problems. There was a wedding reception while the lobby was being renovated, so it was packed and I couldn't get dropped at the lobby. I had to drag my suitcases from the traffic-jammed street. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't stay shut unless locked; the fixed key couldn't be taken out, so I wedged a towel underneath to keep the door closed from outside. My towel was old and grayish instead of clean white, and shouldn't still be in use. There weren't enough outlets either, so I had to unplug the bedside lamp to charge my phone. A T outlet by the bed would let guests charge without turning off the lamp. The breakfast was delicious, though! I hope Khas improves the stay for guests.
