ROSALINA HOTEL is close to Al Markaz Al Islami Mosque, Terong local market, and Bontoala police station. Public transport is available in one direction, from Karebosi field to km 4. Rooms come in standard and family sizes on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. They have two wooden beds, a fan or air conditioning, and either a bathroom or bathtub. The rooms are quiet, with fresh air, and comfortable for resting. Breakfast includes hot water, pastries, and drinking water. Rooms and corridors are clean, and towels and soap are provided at check-in. Late checkout is allowed until 2:00 PM. The service is friendly, and there’s a TV at the first-floor front office. The hotel also has room service on all three floors and a multipurpose hall on the east side of the building for meetings and parties. It can hold 300-500 guests. Parking is in the hotel courtyard, with three entrances and exits, west of Jalan Mesjid Raya and south of the building. There’s a BNI 46 ATM at the front entrance. 05/02/2018 February 18, 2018

The room was cramped, the toilet tiny, and there was no running water. We’d planned to stay for a month, but left after four days and asked to move out. We hadn’t been able to shower for two days because the water wasn’t working, and the owner was very slow to respond to our complaints. Even though we stayed only four days, we still had to pay Rp. 500,000 from the Rp. 700,000 monthly rent. Cheap lodging, but poor service. I hope this bad experience was unusual.
