The location is convenient and the air conditioning worked well. The rest of my stay was a letdown, especially for a superior room at a 3-star hotel. There was no daily cleaning unless I asked, and the room's general cleanliness and upkeep were well below standard. The bedsheet had a visible stain, the mattress sagged and was very uncomfortable, and the towels and floor mat were missing. The room also had no hangers. The bathroom faucet came off, while the in-room phone didn't work and the safe seemed to have dead batteries. The emergency exit plan on the door listed the wrong room number, which could be dangerous in a real emergency. Check-in was delayed, and when I finally got in, the room still didn't seem ready. The receptionist wasn't welcoming or focused on guests, and they didn't ask for my ID. The exterior looked promising, but I wouldn't recommend staying here or come back. If you're considering a superior room, I'd avoid this place.

Everything was within walking distance, and the location was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Keep up the good work, guys. Highly recommended ❤️

The room was the weakest part, at 1 star. I was given old towels, and the bedsheet had blood stains. They changed it after I complained. Breakfast gets 2 stars: Friday's selection was much better, with few dishes to choose from on Saturday and Sunday. Check-in at reception was good, 4 stars.

The room and location were alright, but I wouldn't stay here again even if it were free. There was no bath towel, bathroom mat, or drinking water. If the room wasn't ready, why check me in? There are plenty of nearby hotels in the same price range with much better service. Don't bother with this one.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is great. Losari Beach is only five minutes away, near jl penghibur and Jl sombopu. There are lots of restaurants and food stalls around.
