Manggala Trans Hotel

It's a nice place to stay, but upkeep is lacking. My room was dirty and dusty, and there was no Wi-Fi.

The room service communication could be clearer, especially about cleaning and which amenities are available. I stayed in Room 101, a spacious, reasonably priced junior suite, but the towels, sheets, and pillowcases should be checked for cleanliness before guests arrive. Drinking water should be replenished daily since it's part of the charge, and the bathroom's hot water needs monitoring too. The room also needed air freshener to deal with a musty smell. I bought my own rather than switch rooms, though the manager responded right away when I raised it at the front desk. Don't hesitate to ask room service for things you need, and bring your own towels. The location is the big plus: it's next to a doctor's office, pharmacy, and the BRI campus, with easy, affordable access. There are also food places and shops nearby. The room was spacious and the price very economical, especially for mothers looking for an inexpensive stay. Location-wise, I'd give it five stars. The Wi-Fi was another issue at first, and I had to work on my project outside the room. A kind manager later offered me a fast connection, so I could work in the room again. Ask the receptionist about Wi-Fi. And the fried bananas are delicious, definitely recommended.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

The shower only gave hot water, with no cold water to adjust the temperature, and the bathroom floor was slippery and felt unsafe, not really suitable for a bathroom. Still, the service was friendly, the rooms fairly clean, and the rates affordable. The location is handy too, with restaurants, pharmacies, and other places nearby.
