OYO 1314 Wijaya Inn

Wijaya Inn is affordable and well located, and the room amenities are quite good. A few things need work, though. The check-in process asks you to leave your KTP/ID card as collateral, the ceilings have unpleasant leak stains, and the restrooms need cleaning.

The lobby and corridors were clean, and the lobby was spacious and comfortable. Check-in and checkout were easy too. They didn't ask for a deposit, just left my ID card with them. For the standard rate, you get two bottles of water, AC, national TV and a bathroom. There's no kettle or slippers. Cleanliness needs work, especially in the bathroom, where the toilet and sink pipes were leaking. The sheets and towels were stained, and one bathroom door wouldn't shut.

The location on the main road was convenient, and the Wi-Fi was good. The TV channels were decent too, and I appreciated the two bottles of mineral water. The room itself was pretty basic. The sheets and blanket smelled and looked a bit dirty, the TV remote was missing, and the shower faucet had issues. Service wasn't very responsive. We only got one towel and one soap. For a budget price, I expected better facilities and service.

For an ordinary hotel, it's expensive. They wouldn't take a reservation through the app and said we had to pay the price set by the hotel. The room was dirty, the blankets were really filthy, and the AC didn't cool. It was a terrible stay.
