The hotel seemed like a joke. The address was wrong, and there were no English-speaking staff. All the staff would say was "tidak air." The room smelled pretty bad, and the hotel was dirty.

I paid through Traveloka, but the accommodation turned me away because they said the rate was lower than theirs. How was I supposed to know what their price was? 😂 And if the price was wrong, why work with the app at all? Hahaha. I wouldn't book through it again. The whole thing is so unclear, honestly.

The receptionist was shouting at guests and even tried to throw my phone after snatching it from me. When people arrived, they just stared, and a polite greeting got a yell in response. The service was absolutely awful, the receptionist was VERY RUDE.
