The staff were polite, friendly, and gave very good service. The place was clean and tidy throughout, with spacious, comfortable rooms that were great for resting. It's easy to find and reach, and the facilities were complete and well maintained. The price seemed fair, and I'd definitely return. Thanks, kak miko.

Getting around was easy because the hotel is close to the city center and shopping areas. The pool and gym were among the facilities, and everything was complete and well cared for. From the moment we arrived, the place looked clean and welcoming, and the staff greeted us warmly. Check-in was quick and smooth. The hotel was fine in other respects, but the hot water problem had a big effect on my stay and means I probably wouldn't book here again. I spent three nights and tried a different room each time, but the water never got properly hot. Every night I ended up taking a cold shower, which was frustrating and made it hard to unwind after a long day. The water only went from warm to cold, and I couldn't work out why; I wondered if they had an energy-saving setting at night. I told reception, and they sent the hotel engineer, but that didn't fix anything. I also asked to change rooms in the hope of getting a working heater, but the same issue followed me in every room. Miss fika looked after us well in the restaurant, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. A nice hotel to stay at in makassar city, I'd recommend it.
