The rooms and bathroom weren't clean, and the sheets and bed cover seemed to get washed only rarely. There's no breakfast, and the property feels neglected. With just two staff members looking after such a large place, complaints don't get handled well, and there doesn't seem to be any management, just regular staff. The price doesn't feel justified by what's provided. Even so, checkout is handled like at a five-star hotel 😂😂

It feels peaceful here despite being right in the city, and the rooms are roomy with a cool atmosphere. The place is clean and comfortable, the service is really friendly, and the rates are very affordable. It has the feel of a hotel, which makes it a good spot for a staycation 🙏
