We left before the second night because the room was in no state to stay in. There was mold on the sheets and pillows, old condom packaging under the bedside table, dirty bins and bathroom, and surfaces like the mirror, TV and toilet seat hadn’t been wiped. Cigarette ash was still on the balcony, and the balcony door was hard to open. The sea view was the only good part of the room. We asked reception for a full refund and explained why, but were told they could refund only one night. I had to contact Agoda myself and send photos and videos before we got the full refund. The reception staff member was pleasant and tried to help as much as he could. The beach and sea view from reception are nice, but the front looks like something from a horror movie. The walls are cracked, one side looks abandoned, and the hotel felt empty with a strange atmosphere. I honestly don't understand the four-star rating. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else, there are plenty of options nearby.

The quiet was a big part of the appeal. Senggigi's busy area is about a 10-minute ride away, and the hotel can have a motorbike delivered right to you, so it was easy to explore during the day and come back somewhere peaceful in the evening. We visited at the end of January and pretty much had the place to ourselves, including the lovely, empty beach. There's a nice big pool, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, and balconies facing the sunset. Mr Harold and Mr Hadi were especially friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. At this price, we'd definitely come back.

Mas Imam at reception gave us such a warm welcome, and the hospitality was excellent. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and it was very kid-friendly, which made it a great fit for our family. We'd love to stay again.

I moved here from Merumatta because their service was terrible. I like this hotel a lot. The view is lovely and the food is nice, though very spicy. Everything feels good here. Just thinking, maybe something I pay for myself is much, much better than sedekah.

The staff were great, and the pool is amazing. The food was a letdown, but the friendly team made it enjoyable anyway. The room was good too, and all in all the stay was a 10/10. The hotel was left unfinished during construction. We locals know the story behind that, but it'd be great if they did some more building work to fix it up. It's a great place in a great location, and I'd definitely recommend it for a short break from a busy life.
