What really stood out was the view of Mount Kawi. In the morning it was misty and almost magical, and at night the city lights gave it a different kind of beauty. The room was clean and spacious, and the king bed was huge and comfortable. Mall Olympic Garden (MOG) is right beside the hotel. From the lobby it's less than a minute on foot, and there's connected basement access too. It does feel as though anyone can use that connection, so some access control for hotel guests would be better. I had asked for a non-smoking room, but noticed a slight smell of smoke when I arrived. Housekeeping was nearby and quickly dealt with it using spray and the exhaust fan. Staff were genuinely nice and helpful. I had a really good stay and would recommend the hotel.

The place was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the price seemed fair for the quality. Staff were friendly and helpful, with clear information throughout, so the whole visit went smoothly from arrival to finish. I felt valued as a customer and would gladly recommend the reliable, pleasant service. I'd return if I needed the same kind of service again.

I didn't have any complaints during my stay, and the service kept me satisfied. It's in the city center, next to a mall, with easy access by public transport, so getting around or finding something nearby was convenient. The parking area is fairly spacious, although it can be hard to find a spot when the hotel is busy. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of menu choices, and the large pool had clear water and looked great for a swim with family or friends. There are lots of facilities, though I was busy with my own business and didn't get to try them all. The building is well maintained. This was my first stay, and I felt at home from the start. The guards welcomed me warmly, and the front desk staff were kind too. The hotel and room were clean and beautiful, with a comfortable layout, modern design, and warm lighting that made the place feel relaxing and luxurious. My room's big window looked out over the outdoors, a lovely view in both daytime and at night. I really enjoy staying here, so I keep choosing it and recommending it to friends and family.

It's right in the middle of Malang, near the City Square, Kayutangan Street, and Toko Oen, with MOG next door. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, rates are affordable, and the facilities are complete. Breakfast has a tasty range of choices. Highly recommended.

Getting to the hotel can be a hassle when traffic builds up, especially with so many people heading into the mall. A separate entrance from the mall would make access easier. I picked it for its central location near a mall. The breakfast selection was decent, the staff were friendly, and I'd stay again next time I visit Malang.
