Giri Palma Hotel & Villas by OYO Rooms

I changed rooms twice, but both were just as filthy. There was hair all over the floor and bed, used shampoo bottles in the bathroom, no tissues, shampoo, or soap, a blocked sink, and some disgusting stuff on the table that I couldn't identify. I couldn't sleep because I wasn't sure the sheets had even been changed. The room cost more than 300k, yet cleanliness clearly wasn't being taken care of. I asked to cancel and get a refund, but the receptionist said no. I checked out at 6:30 in the morning, though later the hotel told tiket.com that I had stayed until checkout time. That's a lie. I took lots of photos of the room, but tiket.com still kept asking the hotel about a refund. My money was already in the tiket.com account, so I don't understand why they needed to ask the hotel. Their phone number wasn't available when I called, and they didn't answer me either. If I'd left immediately after checking in, I think the hotel would've still claimed I stayed until checkout. I don't know how I can prove when I left. The room had used toilet tissue and shampoo packets, hair everywhere, a dirty table, and a clogged sink. I told reception to cancel after seeing it all, but they still made that claim. I hate this kind of shameless, dishonest behavior. The place is far from everything, with nothing special nearby. There's construction material around the area because another building seems to be under repair. Even the motorcycle parking has no roof or protection from sun or rain. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was weak, and even after connecting, it didn't work. I tried making coffee, but they provided cheap coffee that needs filtering after boiling, and only a glass, nothing to stir it with. To find the receptionist, you have to call out and look around because there's no bell and the young man is never at the desk. I shared real photos of the room. I still don't understand how this hotel got good rewards and points.
