The room was clean and nice, the beds were comfortable and smelled fresh, and the A/C worked well. But there was no room service, and my room wasn’t cleaned at all during my four days and three nights there. I had to empty the bathroom garbage into a bin in the hallway. They didn’t reply to my messages either, and there was no soap for the sink.

Before heading to Bromo mountain, my friend and I stayed here because it was affordable, clean, and felt premium. The room was very compact, not big enough. Its bathroom wall was made of blurred glass.

This works well for a transit stay. The location is good and easy to find, parking is decent, and there are a few food stalls within walking distance. Most rooms have no windows, though the mechanical ventilation works perfectly. The room was new, bright, modern, and clean. The shower was properly hot, seriously hot rather than lukewarm, with good pressure. Air conditioning, wifi, and cable TV worked well too. The room is too small for a suitcase, but fine for a backpacker. They provided an electric kettle on request. A shared pantry with a water dispenser would be a nice addition.

Great experience, clean and cozy, with the space arranged efficiently. One room can fit more people, which makes it great for families. The price is like a street food stall, but the room is five-star.

The room is clean and nicely designed. Even with limited space, it fits two beds for four people.
