Pretty good.

The bathroom was filthy and barely had any water, and the guards were very unfriendly. The gate shuts at 9:00, after which guests can’t enter or leave. There were also demands for personal gain. What Agoda and other booking sites show doesn’t match the place, and the front desk isn’t staffed around the clock. Not a good place to stop for a holiday.

The price is reasonable and the facilities are adequate, but the room seemed not to have been mopped and the bathroom was dirty. There was unflushed poop when I arrived. When I was checking out, I saw a rat poking out from under the bed, even though I’d kept the door shut.

The housekeeper was friendly and helpful, and the WiFi was fast, though it kept dropping. The room itself wasn’t very clean, and there was just one dim light. I couldn’t use the wardrobe because it was dirty. The shower also kept suddenly losing its water while I was bathing.
