The biggest drawback for me was the lack of AC. There was only a fan, and it used the room's only plug, so we had to choose between running it and charging our stuff. Otherwise, it's a pretty decent hotel for a very low price. It wasn't the cleanest, but that wasn't a big issue for the cost. The people were kind and tried to help, even though they didn't speak English. There was also a convenience store and a supermarket very close by, both an easy walk. I'd recommend it for budget travelers or backpackers.

The location was perfect, within a 1-10 minute walk of almost everything you need. Just across the street, there's a coffee shop with excellent coffee, nice music, and a friendly, helpful barista. We could sit there and use the hotel's WiFi. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. The room was reasonable and clean, and the price was affordable. Showers and toilets are shared and downstairs.

The staff spent their time on their phones, and the place was terribly dirty. The sheets smelled of sweat and didn't seem to have been changed, and the toilets and showers were filthy too. This was the worst hotel of my trip. Sure, it isn't expensive, but that doesn't excuse the poor upkeep. Avoid it.
