We ended up adding three nights to our stay because we loved it so much. The guest house is in a beautiful, super clean part of town, with heaps of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and it’s incredible value for money. The two sisters who own it are the best and make sure everything is sorted. They did our laundry, helped book our Bromo tours, and arranged motorbike rentals. They also sent different Google Maps locations so we knew where to go. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the customer service was the best. I even got a massage, and they called the spa to help book the appointment. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

We only booked one night as a stop between Bromo and our next destination, but the room was so comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated that we stayed an extra night just to enjoy the rest. The shared kitchen was beautiful, spotless, and well equipped. Staff were friendly and super efficient, managing the place perfectly. Especially good value for long-term travelers who need a little comfort. This hotel was outstanding.

INNI Homestay is in an outer suburb, but it’s a beautiful, upmarket area with loads of places to eat nearby, from morning street stalls selling breakfast to posh restaurants and everything in between. Getting a Grab into central Malang is easy and costs around 20,000 rupiah. The owners are really tuned in to what tourists need, and helped me set up my KAI app for trains. I loved the thoughtful, tasteful decor from the moment I arrived, and honestly didn’t want to leave. I can’t speak highly enough of the stay. It was wonderful.

We were glad we got to stay here. The owners were so friendly, offered breakfast and coffee suggestions nearby, and even drove us to the bus terminal in the morning since it was close, saving us the Grab fare. The rooms were very clean, and there’s a nice kitchen area with plenty of seating and free coffee and tea around the clock. You can also buy drinks from the fridge. Best homestay we’ve ever been to, and an amazing experience!

Irene and the family were amazing and helped us with several things we needed to arrange during our stay. We really enjoyed the house and its location, and Malang itself is really nice too. Make sure to enjoy the area as well as taking trips. Shoot some aliens! :)
