There’s plenty of space in the rooms, with a TV, Wi-Fi, AC, an en suite bathroom, and lots of power outlets. The rooms feel cute, and the whole place was comfortable and clean. Downstairs, there’s a cafeteria with lots of seating, a nice atmosphere and a fish pond. The prayer room is right in front of it. The building has two floors. Motorcycle parking is downstairs, while the outdoor car parking area is fairly spacious. The rate feels fair for what you get. Just a note, this is a family homestay, so it only accepts families or married couples. It’s Sharia style, though that wasn’t mentioned in the information. They asked for ID cards and didn’t require a deposit.

The room was comfortable, and its amenities were pretty good for under 200,000 Rupiah. The building still isn’t fully finished, and the lobby doesn’t feel like a typical inn. It’s also quite far from central Malang. Still, my stay was impressive overall.

On 29-2-2020, we were turned away at check-in even though we’d already paid. The top class hotel said it no longer worked with OYO, despite our Agoda booking. Luckily, the owner was willing to confirm things with OYO. By the time I wrote this, OYO still hadn’t given us any clarity.
