The room was upgraded to one with three beds, and the hospitality from FO kak Ita was good. The food was good, though breakfast was so-so. The stay was good overall and I’d recommend it for a family trip. The bathroom and shower by the pool need work, though, since there was a very bad smell.

The lobby is nice, with a piano and a small playground for kids. I liked this hotel a lot. Our triple-bed room was clean, the AC worked well, and the shower and amenities were all okay. There’s a spot outside the room to sit and enjoy the mountain view. The hotel shares an area with a beautiful restaurant, water park, and d'cangkul, and jatim Park 2 is only 15 minutes away. My son accidentally broke a glass in the toilet, and when I told the receptionist, they didn’t charge us. That surprised me.

The pool has an amazing view, and the rooms are clean. The staff were nice too. We had a great time here and will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay, and the hospitality was superb. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back.

The cottage is close to both the breakfast restaurant and the ballroom. Our room was large enough for a family, with a nice view of the city lights at night. But there was no safety deposit box, and dust had built up on the carpet and sofa, which needed vacuuming. Over my three-day stay, the housekeeper didn’t clean the bathroom as thoroughly as I expected. Hot water was always available, though the Wi-Fi signal was weak.
