The room felt comfortable, with cold AC and a TV that was fine for casual entertainment. I had a corner room with ventilation facing someone's roof tiles, but it opened well enough. The bathroom was clean too, and the heater worked, with smooth faucets and no leaks. There's decent motorbike parking. Outside the alley you'll find plenty of food, though you'll need to walk about 1km to get there. One thing disrupted the stay: right when I was trying to sleep, I heard someone hammering quite loudly, as if they were repairing something.

It's close to Jl. Soekarno-Hatta, so finding something to eat at night shouldn't be a problem. The place was clean, and there's a water heater and cable TV for movie watchers. My main annoyance was the lack of power outlets. To charge a phone, you have to unplug the TV. A decent option for a temporary stay in Malang.

My sister and I came here because we weren't comfortable at our boarding house, but we couldn't get a proper rest here either. The photos don't reflect the actual room, which was very cramped, and cleanliness was poor. There also weren't any extra outlets, so charging a phone meant giving up the TV.

The hot and cold water dispenser is especially handy if you're traveling with toddlers, since you don't have to hunt around for hot water. The AC and hot water both worked well. There aren't many TV channels, though 😂😂😂. Recommended!
