I was lucky to find out two weeks before my trip to Malang, so I could get my money refunded first. This hotel no longer works with booking apps, and you have to book directly at the property. If it still appears on an app like agoda, that listing is a prank, according to what I was told. The hotel hasn’t followed up on this, and it’s a shame that so many people have been misled. Please sort it out as soon as possible so no more people are deceived.

I was lucky it only cost me 45,000 Rupiah. I booked on Agoda and arrived at midnight, but the gate was shut and nobody was there to watch it.

Don’t get drawn in by the cheap prices. Oyo Guest doesn’t provide service through the app, so go straight to the location and pay there.

I’ve seen for myself that the place is safe and worth recommending. The bad reviews are nonsense, probably from unhealthy competitors. Just go straight to the location and enter behind the futsal...

I booked through an app on Wednesday for Friday, and the reservation was approved. But when I got to the inn, staff said they were fully booked and offered no help. When I checked, someone had canceled my reservation without my agreement, and I wasn’t given a full refund. I suspect the cancellation was deliberate. Seriously, people need to improve their morals. That’s all.
