The Wi-Fi was okay, and there's a restaurant and convenience store nearby. Those are about the only upsides for me. We paid 425k a night for the family room through Traveloka, and for what you get, it felt overpriced. I'd choose a hotel instead. There wasn't any breakfast, not even something simple. The room smelled musty when I first walked in, and with no window to the outside it took a day for the smell to go away. Hot water didn't work at first, though it came back after I complained. I could also hear loud music from the café next door until midnight. There were ants on the bed, bathroom, and table, even though I wasn't eating on the bed. No one came to empty the full trash bin, and sometimes the receptionist was just gone. The whole place felt dark and damp, and I didn't find it comfortable. I wouldn't choose it again.
