The accommodation's slow reply meant we couldn't check in that day, and we lost money because the payment wasn't refundable. The photos don't match what appears in the app. Please sort out these issues so more customers don't end up losing out.

I booked through tr******a, but at the location the owner couldn't help with check-in. The photos didn't match, and the woman there seemed unfamiliar with online bookings even after I showed her the invoice. There seems to be no coordination between whoever posted the listing and the inn's owner. The booking app should remove the ad before more people get harmed.

I was exhausted and just wanted to rest, but the room I'd booked turned out to be fictitious.

The phone number didn't work, and nobody answered when I rang the bell several times. There wasn't even a sign of spot on. Very disappointing.
