Maa syaa Allaah barakallaahu fiik. We stayed in August 2025 during MABA UB in the family room. It was spacious and clean, with a bathroom, bed, linen, blanket, and plenty of parking. In syaa Allaah, this will always be one of our choices when we travel to Malang again.

The staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious with good lighting. Parking is available, but the lot is small. The toiletries aren’t complete, though that’s acceptable. I’d recommend it to backpackers, families, or anyone looking for a clean stay in Malang.

The location is the real plus here. The room was decent, and the bathroom looks recently renovated. Air-conditioning worked well, and there was plenty of parking. Service was pretty minimal, though.

At Rp. 250.000,- for a standard room, this feels like a really good deal. The place is easy to find, has a nice atmosphere, and the hot water works. One downside, there was no Wi-Fi signal on the third floor, and they don't accept card payments.

For a longer stay, ask about renting by the month, since it's cheaper if you're staying more than 10 days. The service was friendly, and the room was clean, though it felt a little humid at first because of the small window beside the door. Turning on the air-conditioning helped. It's central, near Malang Town Square Mall (Matos), but you can hear some road noise. Affordable for what you get, and probably hard to find a better room at this price. Free Wi-Fi, too.
