I used to choose this place because it was cheap and the staff were friendly, but lately I got a really dirty room with moldy walls and a tiny bathroom. Ask for the new building, or they may put you in the old one. Hot water takes a few minutes, and the water flow wasn’t very good. Breakfast and the amenities were poor too. The price has risen quickly, and you can find somewhere better for the same amount or a little more.

The staff are friendly, and the rooms are personalized. Do check whether parking is available before your stay, though. A nice motel to visit.

I stayed two nights and had a nice time. It wasn’t too noisy, and the service was good. I think this homestay suits backpackers, with a minimarket, food stalls, a university, and city hall nearby. 👍
