It's a really good place to spend the night, especially for the price. They provide a TV, AC, an ensuite bathroom, and Wi-Fi.
The green surroundings, with rice fields nearby, give this stay a special feel. The room was exceptionally clean, and the check-in rules also emphasize cleanliness, including taking off your shoes. Since it’s a sharia-compliant hotel, the arrangements seem to follow those standards. I’d happily recommend it to relatives.
The parking felt secure, and the receptionist was friendly and available around the clock. The bedroom and bathroom were both clean and smelled fresh. It’s also a comfortable place in a convenient location.
A quiet, clean place to stay, and the staff were friendly. I found the hotel comfortable.
We left early the next morning, and our holiday mood was already gone. We only stayed because it was late, we needed rest, didn’t want to search for another hotel, and didn’t want to lose the money that had already been deducted. I won’t return, and I want others to hear about this experience. My wife and I had planned a getaway, but because I didn’t have my physical ID while our vehicle title transfer was in progress, the receptionist, who turned out to be a cleaning service worker, and a woman who said she was the owner treated us badly. They accused us of having an unregistered marriage and wanting to do something. I showed a digital copy of our marriage certificate, personal documentation from a gallery, wedding photos on social media, and other evidence, but they still insisted on official papers. Even the marriage certificate and the registration form in the Civil Registration Agency (Dukcapil) app were official. They also criticized photos of our three children as unethical, asking, “Why do so many people come here pretending to bring children who aren’t theirs just to stay overnight?” What the? Your 5-star hotel? They stopped arguing only after I pointed out that if we intended to do something, why would we choose a sharia hotel? This was the worst experience in my travel history.
