Service was excellent, especially from Dhika and Ivana at reception. The only small problems were that the air conditioner didn't cool very well and there were a few little ants.

I keep coming back to The Himana Hotel Malang, and my visit last week was another great one. I had booked a Twin Deluxe Room, but it was full when I checked in, so they upgraded me to a Premiere Room. It was spacious, elegant, and really comfortable. The staff are always welcoming, warm, and professional, and the hotel remains very clean. I also had a breathtaking view from my room, a lovely way to start and finish each day. This is still my go-to place when I visit Malang because the comfort, service, and hospitality have been consistent. Highly recommended.

The rooms can be heard from the corridor at times, so soundproofing could be better. It was a small downside and didn't spoil my two-night stay. For the price, this is easily the best hotel I've stayed at in the area, and I plan to return. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the staff were friendly from the minute I arrived, always making an effort to help me feel at home. Every room has a hair dryer, and the free parking tickets made getting around easy. The location is handy too, a short walk from Malang City Point Mall and other spots around town. Great value.
