The hotel’s location is its main strong point. I was in a deluxe room on the third floor, which was spacious, but noisy every night and not very restful. The smart TV only works if you log into your own account, such as Netflix, so there’s no entertainment if you don’t have one. There was no toilet tissue, hairdryer, or room telephone, and the water suddenly stopped during my stay, which was a real inconvenience. The facilities felt too basic for a deluxe room. I’d remove some unnecessary furniture and provide more useful things, like toilet tissue, a phone, a mini fridge, and standard hotel toiletries.

I booked a room with two beds and loved the room, especially the bathroom. It was so spacious and clean that I’d want one like it in my own house. There was loads of storage, maybe too much for just one night. Two drawers still had rubbish in them, thankfully only used plastic bags, not wet trash. I was on the third floor, and the rooftop café on the fourth played loud music that I could hear from my room, but it was tolerable. Service was good, though they’d run out of tissue and the staff didn’t wear uniforms, which gave it a startup feel. There’s no phone in the room, so I had to go downstairs to reception when I needed something. All in all, a great stay and I’d definitely book again!
