Really comfortable and affordable for a few nights in Malang. The hotel is spacious and clean, close to food options and lots of tourist attractions. Service was pretty decent, thanks to Mr. Frist at reception. So good, and recommended 😊

I had a comfortable stay, thanks to the excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially first, who showed great care and professionalism. Highly recommended!

The room was just so-so, and hot water was only available from 4 AM-10 AM and 4 PM-10 PM. It also took a long time to heat up. My sink was broken, so I had to change rooms. The hotel seems to rely on its “vintage” theme and strategic location near the center of Malang. I’d only recommend it if saving money and staying centrally matter most, and then only for a night or so if you really want a cheap place in the city.

The customer service was great, especially Thesa, who was helpful and caring. The location is great too. A must-stay while you’re in Malang.

Still a decent place for a short transit. It’s old, though some parts of the buildings have been renewed. The prima service deserves kudos 🫶 Thanks kak lydia for helping.
