Finding another hotel late at night with my family was stressful, but we felt we had to leave. The room we'd been given was filthy, with spiders in the bathroom, holes in the bedsheet, stained walls and fixtures, and an unbearable smell. There was no sofa, despite the listing showing one, and we could hear the hall and neighboring rooms because the soundproofing was so poor. When I asked to move to the room in the photos, staff said those pictures were six years old and the furniture and bathroom had gotten old. The front desk staff were polite, but their English was very limited and they couldn't help. A deeply disappointing stay.

It was hard to find shops, food, or groceries nearby. The area felt like a housing complex, and the hotel itself looked like an old house.

After three days, I couldn't take it anymore and checked out the next day to move to another hotel. The service was poor: when guests came to check in, the staff stayed seated and acted rudely instead of getting up to help. My first room was a bad corner room with a lot of black mold. The bathroom was clogged and smelled of urine, and the TV didn't work. I complained and got moved, but the AC in the new room wasn't cold at all. The management seems really bad. Have the staff had any training, and is anyone responsible for fixing the facilities? People keep complaining and saying service will improve, but it doesn't seem like there's any evaluation. Once was enough, hehe.
