The bathroom had no water at all from check-in through checkout, and it was filthy. The room was dirty too. There were no towels or blankets, even with the air conditioning, and the plastic cover stayed on the bed, making it noisy and uncomfortable to sleep on. Maybe Oyo and Traveloka should check the rooms and facilities before listing them. I wouldn't stay here again. It was awful.

For 175 thousand a night, I expected more than boarding-house facilities at a star-hotel price. The room was roomy and the AC worked reasonably well, but it was dirty and smelled a bit, with dead cockroaches. No toiletries, drinking water, or blanket, and the bathroom door was broken. There was only a small bucket to shower with, and the water pressure was low. At checkout I found out the 175 thousand covered the outside bathroom, while using the inside one meant paying another 50. I regret staying here.
