There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around, and it's easy to find food. The place is nice, clean, and well located. A cool spot for a morning or midday walk or run. Mini markets are nearby, and there's a shopping centre within walking distance. The port is close too if you want to go to Bunakan island.

I booked a sea-view room but was given a different one at check-in. The hotel also needs to do a better job with cleanliness.

The authentic Manado view and strategic location are the hotel's strongest points, and the staff provide good service. Some room details need more attention, though, like bathroom cleanliness, a bathroom door that doesn't close and lock properly, and small stains on the sheets. Still, it's good overall.

For work trips to Manado, I usually stay here. Being in Kawasan Megamas makes it easy to get to places to eat, the mall, and entertainment. The hotel itself is pretty good for a business stay too.

The sea view was a real highlight, and the room was clean and looked after well. It was cleaned every morning, and we liked having the shower and toilet separate. We spent five nights in a superior sea view room with a connecting room, and found the hotel comfortable and well managed. The staff were helpful from the booking stage. We asked questions over WhatsApp and got quick replies. During the stay, the front desk was responsive and accommodating, helping with laundry, a stuck door, and arranging in-room massages. We'd be happy to come back.
