I couldn't sleep in the heat, and the room amenities were nowhere near enough for the price. The AC was set to 16°C but never got cold, so I felt like I was in an oven all night. The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed, and I had to hold it in place with paper. The mattress cover was dusty, as if it hadn't been changed, and my child was so itchy they couldn't sleep. The app listed a TV and shower, but neither was available. A very uncomfortable stay.

Getting there is a hassle because the dirt road has lots of potholes, though there is quite a large parking area out front. Inside, the space is roomy and spread over several levels, with plenty of seating. There are clean restrooms and a prayer room, too. It's a nice lunch spot for seafood and Sundanese food. The menu is fairly standard, with choices like fish cakes, lobster, squid, and shrimp. You can also sing karaoke while waiting for the food.

The service was very bad, and the boss had a temper. They charge exorbitant rates for almost no facilities. I'd think twice about staying if the price went any higher. The rooms have very little in them, with no closet or desk, and there are no toiletries. I don't think they even provide towels. Non-AC rooms get incredibly hot because the walls are made of geyser rather than brick. The wooden floors also make a lot of noise when someone walks outside. This is the worst accommodation I've ever been to, honestly.

I won't stay here again. The service was unprofessional and slow, with a long wait. The pillowcases were dirty and used, and unless you ask for a change, they won't replace them.
