After booking through traveloka, I arrived exhausted and found that my room had been given to someone else without any notice. They switched me to two rooms and charged another 200 thousand. Water was hard to get because they said repairs were underway, and the AC kept turning off. I don’t know what was going on, but the whole experience was really bad. Please fix the rooms and replace things that are faulty so they’re neat and clean.

We paid 300 thousand and ended up with only a fan, broken bathroom water, and a room that didn’t match the app description. There were supposedly just two rooms with AC, though the app showed many more. I don’t want to book through the app again because we felt cheated. Soon after, other guests had the same issue, including people from Jakarta, Bandung, and Majalengka. The rooms were far away and the water didn’t work. A place next door had similar rooms for 150 thousand, so we paid double. We were tired and wanted a comfortable rest, but instead we lost out. When we tried to complain, the owner, who liked to be called “MOM,” ran away. Seriously.

I needed somewhere to rest after a long trip, and check-in was quick with friendly staff. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Booking was easy and there were several room choices. I got a much better price by using code RDAFFPASTISALE when I booked, and the stay was pleasant and satisfying.

Someone else was given the room I had already booked, and I couldn’t get my money back. What a fucking mess. The room also looked completely different from the photos, guys.
