The beds felt sticky, and the floor was dirty. There was no electricity or water, the AC blew hot air, and the walls were so thin you could hear other people talking.

The bathroom smelled, and the sheets were dirty and musty. While I was asleep, could the RedDoorz security guard open my room? There’s no guest list, right? My room was opened.

The floor was sticky, and the pillows and mattress were dirty and musty. If there’s no food available to order, just say so. We waited an hour before being told, and by then we were already hungry. It was strange.

The floor was dirty, the AC wasn’t cold at all, and the fan they provided was awful. The power went out at night, the bathroom lighting was a mess, and the guard was unprofessional. At check-in they only handed over a key instead of showing us to the room, and it was very hard to get the AC remote. The guard’s service was really poor. No surprise the rating is so low. This was my first and last stay here. Please improve the front office and guest reception procedures.
