It's a shame, because the place is spacious and the location is great, right in front of the beach. Cleanliness needs to come first here. The room and mattress were dirty, the room smelled, and the sheets and pillows had an odor. The Wi-Fi was poor, and I had to pair my phone to the TV just to play YouTube. For this price, there's no water heater, and I don't think it's worth it. There are lots of one- and two-star reviews on Google, but the owner or management hasn't responded. The price isn't much different from the inn behind this one, which already has a password lockdoor, a water heater, and fast Wi-Fi.

I checked in on July 7, 2025. The room was comfortable, with cool AC and an LED TV, and the beach is right in front of you. The Wi-Fi signal did keep dropping, though. Food took a long time: I waited three hours for seafood because they don't cook it on site. If Chef Juna had been there, maybe I'd have been cursed at, haha. Still, the seafood was fresh and delicious, so it was worth the wait. Among the other accommodations in Sayang Heulang, this place felt worth the price.

The service was slow, and the place had lots of animals. The blankets and sheets weren't clean, the AC wasn't cold, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. I've stayed here before, when the power went out and they used a generator, but it only ran from 7 PM to 3 AM.

There wasn't any drinking water in the room, and no soap or towels either. The walk-in price felt pretty high, and I wasn't given a receipt or anything else.

I didn't stay here, just ate and parked. They have a sign saying "restaurant," but with only a few tables, I wouldn't really call it one. They do take seafood orders, though, and the prices are ridiculously cheap.
