We picked this place because it was close to the airport and beside a mall where we could get food. There was also a Ramadan night market. The ride from the airport was about 150k by Grab, and the return trip cost 100k. It's a very convenient location. The front desk staff were friendly, and they let us check in early, around noon. Breakfast was okay even during Ramadan. The free access to the water boom park was the best part. The room was in terrible shape and very dirty. The furniture was battered, the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. Basic upkeep had been skipped, including cleaning the rubbish bin and walls. Under the bed was disgusting, with rubbish and a thick layer of dust and dirt that I only spotted when I checked again as we were leaving. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We thought it was just one day, but the more we looked around, the worse it got. This room wasn't acceptable. The low service score is because of the cleaning and maintenance staff.

Scam. I booked a double room but ended up in Waterboom Park with two single beds pushed together and no sheets. There was no TV or window, and the park's music was noisy. The airport is 7 km away, though you could hear airplanes too.

The only thing missing for me was something to stir coffee or tea with. Otherwise, the stay was flawless, unless that classic European look with lots of gold isn't your style. For one night I paid just 334K and got a comfortable bed, a clean, spacious room, a varied breakfast, and welcoming staff who were helpful. It's about 10 minutes from the airport, a really worthwhile transit option. The complex also has a mall, a huge water boom, and other shops. Nice, inexpensive hotel with all the luxuries of a starred hotel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the location worked perfectly for us. It's very close to the airport and in the same area as a grand mall, with shops, local food, and restaurants where you can spend time. There's also a waterboom playground that's good for a family staycation. The room was big and comfortable, a nice place to rest.

The hotel was quiet, with a nice mall right across the way and plenty of places to eat and shop. Our rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We did run into plumbing issues.
