It's quiet, safe, and comfortable, with friendly receptionists and low prices. There are snacks in the room and plenty of free parking, and Lombok Epicentrum Mall is about a 10-minute walk away. The bathroom water flow was weak, so I had to use the washing tap. The TV only had Islamic broadcasts, and the amenities were lacking, including a toothbrush. The location is behind the Narmada Convention Center, which is being renovated, so there's a lot of dust.

The facilities are adequate and the price is fair. There's renovation work at the convention hall out front, apparently due to the Lombok earthquake, and the terrace area is dusty.
