The staff out front seemed friendly, and the service itself was fine, but the rooms were extremely unclean. We had to switch rooms because the first bed had animal hair and clearly used, unwashed sheets. Some pillows had mold hidden beneath the pillowcases, and the walls and ceilings were very dirty. The bathroom had been mopped, but it looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in a long time. The towels smelled awful, and both rooms had a bad odor. I'd avoid staying here.

The bathroom has a nice design, and there’s a spot beside it to put clothes since the room doesn’t have many hangers. It’s cozy and small, but comfortable enough for a good rest. Service was pleasant.

I keep coming back year after year and will return again. As a Canadian, I find it meets my western standards. The place is affordable and very central, with a nice breakfast included. The spacious room was very comfortable, and the grounds were bright and well kept, with a good variety of tropical plants and trees. Staff were always around to help and greeted us with warm smiles. I highly recommend it.

Everything else was good, as usual, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They were fine with moving me when I asked. This time, though, I was a bit disappointed because the sheets in room number 5 seemed like they hadn't been changed.
