Hotel Amaia in Saranda has a fantastic location, close to everything and great for enjoying the beautiful views. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend it, one of the best hotels in Saranda.

Other guests on the third floor were very noisy, and people were allowed to smoke in the hallway. I chose a non-smoking room, but mine smelled of smoke. If the hotel doesn't have separate smoking and non-smoking rooms, why offer those two choices? The bedsheet was dirty, and the hotel itself wasn't clean, despite being CHSE certified. The staff weren't helpful at all. When I asked for a refund, the staff member couldn't do anything. Honestly, I don't recommend this hotel. I'll report these issues to Kemenparekraf. I don't know if this hotel still deserves its CHSE certificate.

It's a clean, simple little hotel in a good location, with easy access around Mataram city. Fine for getting some sleep. The restaurant or cafe only sells things like Indomie and french fries, not proper meals 😁
