For just one night, it was fine. The breakfast was OK, though I've had better. We had a long journey and badly needed hot showers, so having no hot water was really disappointing. I'm sure there were bed bugs too.

We had a nice sunset view from the bedroom, and the pool was a good place to relax. The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Its location is convenient, close to a minimarket, and there's car parking. There's a free water dispenser by the elevator, in front of the bedrooms, so you can refill. I always bring my tumblr to avoid buying plastic water bottles, which made that handy. Breakfast is buffet style and OK, though it could be better.

Everything is close by, and the hotel is right in central Mataram. The rooms are good and the staff super friendly, especially for the price. Breakfast was very good too. I'd definitely recommend it if you're staying in Mataram.

The toilet needs repairs and a better clean. The hotel is in a great area near a main road, but you hardly hear the outside noise in the bedroom, even though it's right beside that road. The bed was very comfortable.

My room was cleaned every day during my four-day stay, and I really liked how they put cleanliness first. The staff are friendly and wear orange shirts all day. Breakfast was average, but if you want an omelette, just ask one of them. The hotel sits in the middle of the city, opposite Sangkareang park. With its big shady trees, the park and surrounding area seem like a nice place to jog. The lobby has no door, so from outside you can see the receptionist on the right and the dining tables. A few steps in, there's a swimming pool among local trees.
