Aston Inn Mataram Hotel

I keep coming back and have been satisfied each time. The staff are welcoming, attentive, and professional, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. I also like the breakfast for its range and quality, and the pool is a great place to relax. Being in a strategic spot in Mataram makes it convenient to reach venues, restaurants, and events around town. It works well for a short visit or a longer stay, and I consider it one of the best choices in the area.

I tried the breakfast buffet again after visiting a more expensive place, and this time there was a chocolate fountain, plus crepes, waffles, and pancakes. The beans were warm this time too, so I added a star, though the AC still isn't great. On my first visit as a non-guest, breakfast cost 88k. I liked the eggs, rice with vegetables and chicken stew, soup with lots of add-ons, coffee and tea, the coffee machine options, milk, and cereal. The beans and ratatouille tasted good but were cold then. The baked goods, including bread, croissants, pain de chocolate, and donuts, were too soft, as if they'd been left out too long, maybe because of the humidity. The room's AC is quite bad, probably because the door is always open. The machine seemed to add sugar to drinks, since my moccachino was sweet, and I'd rather add sugar myself. The milk wasn't chilled.

Our family loves coming here. This was our third stay, and we think it's the best hotel and resort in Mataram. Thanks for the great hospitality and service.

For business trips to Lombok, I always choose Aston Inn Mataram. It's my first choice whenever I visit. The room was comfortable and clean, and all the staff were friendly and professional. Yana from the hotel FO staff especially deserves a mention. She always greets me and helps whenever I need something.
