We spent many weeks travelling around Indonesia, and this was our favourite place to stay, maybe even the highlight of the whole trip. The warmth of the staff made us feel like we were visiting good friends. From arrival through the afternoon snacks and room service, everything was wonderful. They communicated clearly and helped whenever we needed it. The open kitchen was a joy to watch. My partner and I loved the food, and for me, Fahris Restaurant was one of the best restaurants I've eaten in. The chef and her team were incredibly talented and prepared each dish with care. The staff seemed close to one another and supported each other, which gave the place a warm, harmonious feel. We could hear the mosque early in the morning, though of course that isn't something the hotel can control. Dear team at Ayom Suite and Fahris Restaurant, thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care and effort you put in every day. We truly enjoyed staying with you.

I ended up at Ayom for three nights because the hotels near my work were full, not because I was on vacation. I came across it by chance, noticed the high rating, and had stayed at Ayom Solo Central Java before, so I gave it a try. It lived up to expectations: peaceful atmosphere, excellent facilities, and top notch service. The afternoon snacks were my favorite, delicious and just the right size.

The people and food made this one of our best hotel stays. During the protests in Indonesia on our trip, the staff asked about our plans for the day so they could let us know if there was anywhere we should avoid. Everyone was extremely kind and made us feel at home. The place was spotless, and the swimming pool was incredible. Our rate included handmade juice in the room every day, evening snacks, and fresh fruit. Breakfast had lots of variety, and the food at Shifu restaurant was incredible.

The hotel restaurant is high quality, whether you have breakfast or choose lunch or dinner. The rooms and design are beautiful and kept clean. We also got artisanal cookies each day, fresh juice, and an afternoon snack with proper cake and something salty. It's technically a three star hotel, but the service felt five star. The staff were so helpful and went the extra mile with requests. This was one of the best places we've stayed, and several times cheaper than comparable hotels.
