A comfortable room with plenty of space, and the Wi-Fi, lights, and outlets all worked. The location is handy for exploring Mataram, with nearby McDonald's, Pizza Hut, and Pool Damri Sweta. It was great value for a stay. There isn't a lift, and hot water from a dispenser is available in the shared area.

With a balcony in every room, lots of space, and a clean room, I was amazed at how much I got for the price. It's right in the middle of the city, handy for a quick walk around town, shopping, or trying local food. A nice hotel, and I'll definitely stay again when I visit Mataram. The price is very reasonable.

I stayed one night on July 10, and the room had no amenities. I only noticed there were no towels when I went to shower. There was also no landline phone to call the front desk.

The staff were friendly, and the room was spacious with a hot water shower. It would be nice if they provided a coffee and tea maker.

Quiet, clean, spacious, and cheap, right in the central area.
